Our Öcalan solidarity concerts, which have already entertained and informed people in many Italian cities, continue with a major event in Paris on 19 October. The Paris concert will begin at 4 pm and will take place at Paris Montreuil Expo – 128 Rue de Paris, 93100 Montreuil.
The concert is in support of the Kurdish leader, Abdullah Öcalan, and all the Kurdish political prisoners held under Erdogan’s authoritarian regime in Turkey. Performers include:
Alongside the music there will be information stands by associations committed to the Kurdish cause and to social justice, and food to sustain the body as well as the mind.
This event is organised by the Kurdish Democratic Council in France (CDK-F) in collaboration with the Mouvement des femmes kurdes en France, the Association culturelle du Kurdistan, France-Kurdistan, Solidaires, the Fondation Danielle Mitterrand, the MRAP, the Mouvement de la Paix, SOS Racisme, and the Maison du Tamil Elam.
